Watermelon Frose

Serves 6
Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes and frozen
- 1 750-ml bottle dry Rosé
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup vodka
- 1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, plus 6 leaves for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it reaches a slushy consistency. Serve garnished with a mint leaf.
