Strawberry Rosé Spritz

  Serves 8


  • 1 pint strawberries, rinsed, stemmed and quartered + 8 reserved for garnish
  • 1 750ml bottle dry Rosé
  • 1 1/2 cups seltzer


Add strawberries and rosé to a pitcher or large bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Strain wine into another pitcher and purée soaked strawberries in a blender or food processor. Add strawberry purée and seltzer to the pitcher of Rosé and stir with a long kitchen tool.

Fill a wine glass with ice. Pour the cocktail 3/4 of the way up the glass and garnish with a strawberry.
