“Snow Storm in New Jersey” Iced Tea

Serves 2 Strong Drinks
When I come across a Long Island Iced Tea on a drink menu, I get a little jealous. Why does Long Island get to have all the fun? This drink is dedicated to the fine people of the state of New Jersey- a refreshing prize for the horrible winter we survived. Blend these up, strap your sandals on and after a few, you won’t even remember how many times you had to shovel this year.
Ingredients
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup simple syrup
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce orange liqueur
- 1 ounce light rum
- 3 cups ice
- ½ cup Coca-Cola
- 2 lemon wheels, for garnish
Directions
Add lemon juice, lime juice, simple syrup, gin, vodka, orange liqueur, rum and ice to a blender and blend on high until blended and frosty. Pour or spoon into 2 glasses and top each with ¼ cup of Coca-Cola. Garnish each glass with 1 lemon wheel.
