Icy Irish coffee

Serves 4
If an Irish coffee is your favorite way to round out a meal, this drink is a great idea for post summer supper. Could also be fun to serve at your next boozy brunch. Either way, Sláinte!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Irish whiskey
- 1 cup cold brew coffee or strongly brewed hot coffee, frozen into ice cube trays
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups ice
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined and frosty. Pour into Irish coffee mugs and garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
