Five-Ingredient Sparkling Mojitos
- 4 limes, sliced
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, packed plus
- 8 mint sprigs, for garnish
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or sugar
- 2 cups light rum
- 1 750-ml bottle sparkling wine (Prosecco is a wallet-friendly choice!)
Muddle 3 sliced limes, mint and agave or sugar in the bottom of a large pitcher until the lime juice is released. Add rum and sparkling wine, and stir to combine.
Serve over ice in glasses garnished with a mint sprig and lime slice.
