Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound broccoli, sliced or broken into long florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • Red chili flakes, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken or vegetable stock
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 12 flour tortillas, charred
