Breakfast Migas with Black Refried Beans

Ingredients
For the Black Refried Beans:

- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- 1 cup chicken stock or water
- 2 14.5-ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1/4 cup cilantro, stemmed and chopped
