Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 large banana, chopped and frozen

For the sangria:

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Finely chopped pecans
  • Granola


Directions

Blend smoothie ingredients in a blender until complete smooth. Spoon your favorite toppings across the top in lines for a pretty presentation.
