Irish Iced Coffee
- 1 cup Irish whiskey, such as Tullamore Dew or Jameson
- 2 cups cold brew coffee or strongly brewed hot coffee, chilled
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 2 cups milk or coconut milk creamer
- Cocoa powder, for garnish
Fill a large serving pitcher with ice and add whiskey, coffee, simple syrup, milk or coconut creamer. Stir with a large spoon to combine.
To serve, pour into ice-filled cups (plastic if you’re being New Orleans-authentic) and shake cocoa powder over the top.
