Grillin’ Time!



  Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon salt, plus extra to taste
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey breast
  • 1/2 small yellow onion, grated
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 avocados, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, stemmed and chopped
  • 2 chipotle chilies plus 1 to 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 burger buns of your choice, toasted (I prefer whole wheat English muffins)
